The Role
The role is day shift based and located at our new state of the art Greystanes DC. Our production area is a key in the success of Harris Farm. People are the driving force behind any successful business. That is why we are focused on finding bubbly, outgoing, hard working and ambitious people that have attention to detail on our busy production floor. We are looking for people that are driven, passionate and want to help reconnect people with the natural joys of food.
Key Responsibilities
- Basic understanding of good manufacturing practices & food safety requirements
- Basic knife hand or equivalent skills
- Process product via hand or machinery and pack into containers for weigh price labelling
- Pick stock to store allocation
- Manage raw material stock on hand effectively - Yoghurt production and packing
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working environment
- Ability to identify inferior product and escalate to Team Leader and Supervisor
- Follow and comply with all applicable health and safety procedures
Qualifications & Competencies required
- Outgoing and bubbly personality, willing to engage with our team
- Team player, coordination is key as working together is imperative for success
- Flexible availability
