Job Description
As the Director of Support for the UKG ANZ SEA support team, you will be responsible for leading a team of functional managers and indirectly overseeing 40+ employees. Your primary objectives include establishing organizational goals and objectives, delegating tasks to team members, adjusting resources to drive efficiency, and partnering with regional and global leaders to drive overall team success.
About You
We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 10 years of technical support management experience, preferably in a high-volume support environment. You should have a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and team productivity. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and consistently delivering on commitments is also required.
