Job Description
* Prepare and present a variety of breakfast dishes, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation.
* Manage the breakfast buffet, and al carte options ensuring all items are fresh, replenished, and attractively displayed.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to create seasonal breakfast menus.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Engage with guests to ensure their dining experience exceeds expectations.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role; buffet experience is a plus.
* Chef qualifications or equivalent experience is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Information
Ideally, we would like the successful applicant to begin as soon as possible and be willing to commit to at least 6 months.
