You'll be responsible for
1. Adhering to the AAL Claims Management Process, ensuringpliance with current legislation, and making informed decisions on claims.
2. Maintaining knowledge of legislative impacts on claims management and apply this knowledge to decision-making for each claim.
3. Managing expectations and relationships with claimants and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
4. Building and maintaining positive team relationships, tailormunication to client interactions, and ensurepliance with relevant regulations and internal processes.
About you
5. Possess relevant tertiary or industry-specific qualifications, with significant experience in a designated functional area, particularly in claims management within aplex insurance organization.
6. Demonstrate specific technical capabilities andpetence, meeting AAL's professional progression standards, which may include the submission of a portfolio of evidence (for AAL employees).
7. Experience in effectively handling claims management processes and procedures across various general insurance product lines.
8. Able to collaboratively work within a team environment, demonstrating strong planning and organizational skills to managepeting demands.
9. Exhibit the ability to analyzeplex information, maintain high attention to detail, and possess excellentmunication skills to achieve the best oues for AAL.
