Job OverviewTeaching Personnel are looking for confident and impressionable individuals who can help mentor children with EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties), SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), and challenging behaviour. Most of these children require that nudge in the right direction with a dedicated and understanding approach. Someone trustworthy and committed to the role is essential, but also someone who is going to bring their own experience and life knowledge to the role and provide their own flair.ResponsibilitiesWork with children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).Utilize de-escalation techniques in a classroom environment.Provide a hands-on approach to learning and behaviour management.QualificationsWe are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic to make a difference and be able to de-escalate, distract, and keep pupils calm and collected during their scheduled learning times.
