About the Role
This position involves providing technical and functional support to the business in system development, maintenance, and incident management using the ITIL Framework to ensure optimal system performance and SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee application support services, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and escalation management.
* Monitor application performance and address potential issues to minimize downtime.
* Provide system support and enhancement through development, maintenance, configuration, release, and patching.
* Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for new application or feature implementation.
* Maintain detailed documentation of application configurations, workflows, and issue resolution processes.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 operations.
* Experience in Application DevOps in financial services.
* Advanced knowledge of ITIL processes, specifically Incidents, Problems, and Change.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Experience managing major incidents, trouble shooting, and root cause analysis.
Qualifications:
* IT engineering degree or similar.
* ITIL V3 or ITIL 4 Foundation Certification.
* Development experience with SQL Server, C#, Azure DevOps, and Integration/API.
