ABOUT THE ROLE
This exciting role puts you at the forefront of providing exceptional customer experiences to airline travellers. As a Check-In Crew member, you will be responsible for greeting customers, ensuring travel documents meet requirements, assigning seats, preparing and issuing boarding passes, managing baggage, assisting with gate boarding, and handling passenger marshalling and disruption management. Your efforts will make a significant impact on travellers' journeys.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Greet customers warmly at check-in.
* Process and verify travel documents.
* Assign seats and issue boarding passes and baggage reclaim vouchers.
* Assist with gate boarding procedures.
* Marshal passengers and manage disruptions as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
* Professional appearance and demeanour.
* High proficiency in spoken and written English.
* Proficient computer skills.
* Ability to pass Drug, Alcohol, and Audio tests (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment).
* Capability of obtaining an ASIC card (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment).
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays (e.g., Christmas).
* Capacity to undertake 4-hour shifts per day.
* Ability to work shifts spanning 11:00 - 15:00.
* Commitment to a minimum of 32 hours per fortnight.
* Availability for 2 weeks of full-time paid training.
