We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our home care team at Enrich Living.

As a member of our myHomecare Nursing team, you'll thrive on providing the highest level of medical and personal care to some of our community's most vulnerable.

So, what does the role entail?
As a Registered nurse you will: Conduct clinical and personal care duties, with a holistic approach to in-home patient care: Provide clinical judgement, creativity and sensitivity to develop care plans that are aligned to the client's assessed needs.
Monitor chronic and palliative conditions.
Assess wounds and attend to dressings as per the care plan.
Monitor and assist clients to use continents devices and change the IDC and SPC.
Assist with showering, bathing, shaving, dressing, toileting and denture care, and a range of other personal care duties.
Provide a high level of holistic care including social, emotional, spiritual support.
We are looking for someone with: Unrestricted AHPRA Registration, with a minimum 2 years practicing as an RN.
Experience in Aged Care and Community Home Care customer service skills is desirable.
Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/4) and current CPR certificate (HLTAID001).
The right to work in Australia.
A current driver license, registration and access to your own car.
National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (myHomecare will organise via WorkPro at no cost).
Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
Willingness to complete a Pre-Employment Medical prior to commencement.
