UNE Partnerships are seeking a dynamic and experienced RTO Health Training Manager to support our next stage of growth and continued commitment to quality learning.

The Opportunity:
As our Health Training Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational leadership for all aspects of effective educational delivery of our qualifications and courses. This is a newly created position that combines program management, training facilitation, team leadership, business growth, compliance and reporting.
You’ll lead an enthusiastic team of dedicated educators to deliver transformative programs across Allied Health, Aged Care, Disability Services, Healthcare Practice Management and Medical Administration.

* Achieving student engagement, progression, completion and satisfaction outcomes
* Manage and develop strong client relationships
* Managing the delivery of quality teaching and compliant assessment
* Leading the charge in implementing innovative teaching methods and use of emerging technologies to improve outcomes
* Driving innovation and continuous improvement
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience in a training management role within an RTO or similar educational environment.
* Current VET trainer credential (minimum TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment).
* An advanced Diploma or higher qualification specific to the health discipline.
* Current or recent health industry experience.
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA).
* Demonstrated experience delivering training and assessment in VET sector, across a range of study areas and delivery modes, including online, blended and face to face engagement models.
* Strong understanding of government-funded training programs, compliance, and ASQA regulations.
* Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Well-developed skills using Student and Learning Management Systems (such as Moodle and aXcelerate) and video conferencing or virtual classroom systems (such as Zoom or Teams).
* Current Working with Children’s Check (WWCC).
