We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant. This is a full-time permanent position based in Sydney, Australia. You will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for our clients.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud
* Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management
* Experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment
* Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
* Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud data migration and integration with other systems
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred
