We are looking for a client-focused professional with experience in community engagement, case management or administrative services to join our Trustee Services team in Perth. This role is central to ensuring a high-quality service to beneficiaries of Indigenous trusts, providing both administrative processing and compassionate support.You will work closely with beneficiaries, assisting them with distribution applications and enquiries while ensuring compliance with trustee responsibilities. The role requires a strong customer service focus, problem-solving skills and a willingness to engage with diverse community needs.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in client service, administration, call centres or community support. If you have exposure to social work, government services, Indigenous affairs or high-volume customer interactions, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll DoBeneficiary Support & Administration: Process distribution applications and respond to enquiries via phone, email and in-person meetings.Community Engagement: Assist beneficiaries in understanding the services and support available to them.Case Handling & Problem-Solving: Address complex situations with empathy, ensuring the best outcomes within trust guidelines.Collaboration & Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as government agencies and community organisations.Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, process beneficiary changes and ensure compliance with trust policies.About YouWe are open to candidates from diverse backgrounds.
