You'll oversee budget processes, analyse performance metrics, and provide valuable insights to drive decision-making and process improvements.
Collaborating with Operational Management and key stakeholders, you'll guide strategic initiatives, enhance business analysis capabilities, and lead continuous improvement efforts.Additionally, you'll ensure compliance with reporting standards while providing monthly reporting against site KPIs.
The role will be full time based out of our Burswood office 5 days per week.Key responsibilitiesProvide modelling and cost benefit analysis to determine appropriate business strategiesAnalysis of current operating performance including effective and proactive analysis of trends inherent in the numbers, together with sound advice to ManagersEstablish strong relationships with site managers, identifying their needs and exceeding their expectationsAssist with the preparation of detailed budgets and forecasts when necessarySupporting the monitoring of capital expenditure within budgets & Redpath policies and proceduresIdentify improvements in financial processes and systemsLead internal and external reporting efforts, ensuring alignment with financial plans and strategic goalsOversee end-to-end budget processes for the Operations and Corporate divisionsAnalyse performance metrics and provide insights to drive decision-makingCollaborate with Operations Managers and key stakeholders to guide strategic initiativesEnsure compliance with reporting standards and lead annual budget and re-forecast processesProvide monthly reporting against site KPIs, supporting business requirementsTravel to site required from time to time to support business initiativesAbout YouCA | CPA | CIMA - Tertiary qualified in Finance or Accounting essentialMinimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis and budgetingExperience with Oracle, JDE Edwards, Pronto (or similar)Experience with creating dashboards in Power BI advantageousSolid accounting skills and experience in managing budgets, costs and resource requirementsDemonstrated proficiency in financial analysis, including the ability to interpret financial data, perform variance analysis, and develop financial models.Proven ability to think strategically and translate strategic objectives into actionable plansStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, analyse root causes, and develop practical solutionsExperience in implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencyCollaborative approach to work with the ability to build strong working relationshipsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines effectivelyHigh ethical standards with a commitment to integrity, honesty, and confidentialityIn return you can expectCareer path through internal promotionsCompetitive salary packageSalary Sacrifice for Superannuation and Novated car leasingDiscounted health insurance with BUPAAccess to a large range of staff benefitsEmployee Assistance (4 sessions per annum), well-being assistance that is free for all the family.Apply NowRedpath is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and an inclusive workplace.
