Job Description
We are currently offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a Loyalty and CRM Marketing Specialist to join our high-performing Digital, CRM, and Loyalty team at Minor Hotels on a 12-month contract.
Reporting to the Loyalty and CRM Marketing Manager, the Loyalty and CRM Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving the success of Minor Hotels by managing, optimising, and executing the planning, delivery, and analysis of email marketing campaigns, as well as engagement strategies for our CRM program across Australia and New Zealand.
This role offers a unique chance to contribute meaningfully to our digital marketing efforts, while gaining experience in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Build EDMs utilising our email editor and templates, with continuous testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate content, imagery, and copy for the creation of EDMs
Conduct A/B testing for creative assets and campaigns through our CRM platform
Develop reports and provide insights on the effectiveness of our email marketing efforts
Partner with external agencies and third-party vendors to create content supporting email marketing and social media advertising
Utilise Asana, our project management tool, to ensure timely execution and review of email marketing campaigns while coordinating with cross-functional teams
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of social media advertising aligned with our loyalty program
Engage with regional and global CRM teams to support campaign planning and execution
Qualifications
Proven experience in email marketing, CRM, and digital marketing is required
Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms is essential.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong professional relationships.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to grasp complex technical systems, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results in all projects.
Ability to work independently, consistently achieving results while managing time and resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Experience collaborating with remote teams and coordinating with external vendors, fostering productive partnerships that contribute to project success.
Demonstrates a proactive, solution-oriented approach, with a focus on efficiency and process improvement to enhance overall productivity.
Previous experience in the hotel industry is highly advantageous.
