The exciting opportunity:
* Full time role working Monday – Friday at a 100 bed aged care facility in Mildura
* Report into the Clinical Manager, coordinating clinical care and supervising staff
* Act as a resource to staff; share your knowledge, provide direction, support and guidance, and contribute to education delivery so they excel in their role
* Coordinate the completion of comprehensive and individualised assessments, care plans and reviews
* Hep to ensure accreditation and funding standards are met by having all clinical documentation completed accurately
* Participate in the completion of audits, analyse trends, and implement and review action plans, supporting a culture of continuous improvement
* Ensure exceptional customer service from all staff, and assist with reviewing incidents and responding to clinical feedback
* Form positive relationships with residents and families to create client directed care outcomes

About you:
* Must be an AHPRA Registered Nurse
* Experience as a Senior Registered Nurse, Nurse in Charge or Clinical Nurse is essential
* A nurturing leader who enjoys providing support and mentoring, especially to new graduate and overseas nurses
* Excellent clinical skills and understanding of best practice
* Resilient, hands on, motivated and confident
