Renowned for our expertise within the compensable schemes in both countries, we empower our clients—dealing with a broad spectrum of conditions—to reclaim their vitality, their wellness, and their work life.About the RoleAs an Account Manager at Specialised Health, you’ll be a key player in making sure our Worker’s Compensation referrers feel supported, valued, and keen to grow their relationship with us. You’ll work with Case Managers and Injury Management Advisors at national insurance companies to help them help their customers in the best way possible. You’ll also work closely with our internal teams to ensure that account-specific processes are followed to the letter.We’ll shape the role around your experience, but here’s some of what you’ll be doing:Managing day-to-day interactions with referrers ensuring their needs are met.Tracking key account activity such as referral numbers, pilots and programs launched, satisfaction scores and the outcomes achieved by our brilliant Exercise Physiologists.You’ll be a key go-between for referrers and our internal teams, keeping communication smooth and efficient and continually optimising our service to meet referrer needs.You’ll analyse referral data to identify growth opportunities.You’ll build tailored strategies to increase referrals and engagement from key accounts.Prepare reports and keep leadership in the loop on account progress.Organise and lead meetings with customers, ensuring both their goals and ours are clear and actionable.You’ll love this role if you:Have experience in account management or a similar relationship-focused role. Bonus points if you’ve worked in insurance or occupational rehab!Are as comfortable with data as you are with people. You can track numbers, see trends, and make meaningful recommendations.Have top-notch communication skills. Whether it’s handling customer concerns or presenting insights to leadership, you know how to make an impact.Are a natural organiser. Processes, follow-ups, and making sure everything runs smoothly?
