We are seeking to appoint a Senior ICT Service Desk Officer in the capacity of a permanent full-time position. As a vital member of the ICT support team, your primary function will be to provide internal IT support spanning an extensive branch network Australia wide. Your high level of technical skills together with your commitment to achieve results is paramount for success in this role. If you are an experienced and confident IT professional, enjoy problem solving and being part of a high achieving team then this role will surely appeal.
Key requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in IT and/or computer science
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role providing level 2 and 3 IT support.
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and above, Linux Server, Active Directory, Exchange 2016, Office365 and VMWare
* Exposure to VoIP telephony (Avaya), Microsoft 365 (Azure Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint)
* Working knowledge of Print Servers and File Servers
* A knowledge of modern manufacturing application stacks i.e. Solidworks, AutoCAD etc.
* Industry certification (Microsoft Server/Linux/VMware) an advantage;
The successful candidate must be passionate about delivering exceptional service and demonstrate excellent follow through capabilities. Your previous experience will highlight your background working within a corporate environment supporting 500+ end users. You must be suitably qualified and able to demonstrate strong technical ability. Individuals who can display a commitment to excellence, a positive attitude and outstanding customer service will be held in high regard.
