A TALENT POOL MAY BE CREATED FOR FUTURE ROLES AND WILL REMAIN VALID FOR 18 MONTHS. Current registration with the Nurses & Midwives Board of Australia and a postgraduate qualification in child and family health nursing practice or willingness to undertake this qualification. Demonstrated nursing skills, knowledge and ability relevant to area within a community setting. Demonstrated clinical problem solving skills to maximise patient care. Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Ability to plan and coordinate patient care in a multidisciplinary team environment providing outcome based care. Understanding of management of clients with complex needs in the community setting.
