Career Opportunities: Risk Officer (25285)Join Stockland's Corporate Risk team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our risk culture and organisational resilience. We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our enterprise risk management and business continuity activities. Key Responsibilities: Assist in executing enterprise risk management activities, including annual risk profiling workshops and six-monthly risk assessments using our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system.Support business continuity planning and regular exercises, ensuring frameworks and plans are up-to-date.Maintain and update risk and business continuity frameworks across the organisation.Build and maintain relationships with business contacts to support the identification, assessment, and control of risks.Prepare risk reports, collect risk metrics, ratings, and commentary from risk owners across the business.Assist in deep dive risk review activities across various business areas.Develop and issue monthly emergency management and business continuity training scenarios to asset teams.Provide support in the administration of Stockland's emergency communications system.Support annual crisis management scenario planning and delivery to Stockland's senior leadership team.About You: You will have relevant experience in Risk or a strong desire to grow your career in the space. To be successful in this role you will also have the following: Strong data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines.Strong Communication: Both verbal and written communication skills are critical, especially when dealing with senior managers and external stakeholders.Trustworthiness: As you'll be handling sensitive information, being reliable and maintaining confidentiality is key.Proactive and Detail-Oriented: The ability to anticipate needs and take initiative, especially in project management, is essential.MS Office Expertise: Proficiency in Sharepoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is non-negotiable.
