The OpportunityWe require a proactive HR Officer who can provide effective and efficient HR support to our operational sites and HR Services Team. This diverse and varied position will see you doing everything from HR administration support to managing HR information and communicating HR data to the broader business across multiple locations. You will also have the opportunity to participate in HR Projects designed for business improvements coupled with exposure to remuneration and benefits programs. The role will include: Efficient and accurate execution of HR Administration duties, which will include tasks related to producing employment contracts, managing personnel files and processing employment changes in line with payroll deadlines. Supporting the management of organisational charts and HR reporting utilising SAP, SuccessFactors and other company systems. Making an impact to Business Improvement initiatives through regular analysis of HR services and identifying opportunities for improvement along with involvement in HR related business improvement projects The provision of confidential advice on HR related policies, procedures and guidelines with the support of our wider HR team. This is a 12 month fixed term contract position. As role can be performed remotely, location can be flexible across our support hubs in Perth, Brisbane or Melbourne.
