Currently seeking for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Centre Manager who is ready to step into the role. We have 3 locations North of the River: Ashby, Scarborough and Banksia Grove.

About You
* You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
* An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
* Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A current Working with Children Check
* First Aid certificate
The Role
* Lead a team of educators to create a positive environment
* Support educators to effectively implement the cycle of planning to enhance programs and practices.
* Work with and alongside the Centre Director to manage the daily responsibilities
* Motivate and lead a team of educators to achieve high-quality care for all children within the service
* Full-Time Position
