This newly created role will be based in their Inner-City location offices which are easily accessible by public transport options. There is also the option for WFH 2 -3 days per week once settled into the role.Your new roleReporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the following:Leading and supporting a team of payroll professionals to ensure pay runs are processed accurately.Participating in team meetings and development of the payroll team.Providing support and guidance in relation to payroll legislation.Preparing and producing payroll reports.Identifying and reporting process improvements and efficiencies.Assisting with hands-on payroll processing as and when required to ensure payroll is processing on time.What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:Previous experience as a Senior Payroll Officer or Payroll Supervisor.Experience with award interpretation and legislation.Ability to lead by example and encourage a collaborative team environment.Exceptional organisational skills and time management skills.Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with key internal stakeholders and employees.What you'll get in returnModern office facilities.Great inner city-based location.Working from home options available (2-3 days per week).What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your resume.
