Description Grape & Wine Contracts Administrator About the role Reporting to the Manager - Sourcing & Viticulture, this role provides important administrative support for grape and bulk wine purchasing/selling across Australia Prepare grape supply and bulk wine agreements and schedule revisions Liaise with legal regarding grape and bulk wine agreements, maintaining registers as required Prepare and process grower and bulk wine payments Assist with administration of Grape sales Work directly with GLO’s and growers and assist with any queries they may have Coordinate distribution of Grape dispatch documents prior to vintage Maturity label creation and distribution prior to vintage Print and issue all documentation and books for Contract Processing crush sites Assist with the management of bulk wine trading and administration Monthly and vintage reporting About you With strong planning and organisational skills you will have proven experience in an administration environment.
