About the Role
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a social and fast-paced setting. Key responsibilities include:
* Greeting visitors and directing them to the right place
* Answering phone calls and handling general enquiries
* Assisting with basic administrative tasks
* Supporting invoicing through Xero (Desirable but will provide training if needed)

* Previous experience in customer service or administration

* Confidence using computers and the ability to learn new systems quickly
