Based in Paddington, Sydney, we are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to assist in the setup and support the management of our first Australian retail store. Providing an excellent customer experience, you will act as a brand ambassador, helping to build a community of new loyal customers while nurturing relationships with our private, VIP clients and our Réal community. Main focus Assist in the development and implementation of new processes alongside daily general management and tracking of store procedures and staff to meet targets. Management reporting. Developing and managing a concierge service for VIP customers including private shopping opportunities. Assist the social media team with gifting and social appointments to contribute to customer acquisition. Track sales initiatives to meet targets. Manage in-store online returns and direct store staff to process and communicate with online clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Supporting the Store Manager in all tasks. Servicing the Réal community to the highest standard and building and nourishing customer relationships. Supporting the store operations and reporting processes including providing recommendations for stock replenishment. Ensuring the sales team are well trained and motivated to achieve KPIs. Contributing to recommendations for loss prevention. Inspiring and motivating the team, identifying individual potential to facilitate developmental opportunities. Creating a warm and friendly in-store environment that feels luxurious while in line with brand culture and ethos. Assisting with in-store marketing events. Representing Réalisation Par in the local market and identifying new opportunities to increase customer engagement. Nurturing existing clients to provide a consistent and seamless customer experience between online and in-store. Maintaining a commercial mindset to continually identify and convert opportunities to increase store performance. Ensuring excellent execution and maintenance of visual merchandising and styling in-store. Developing and executing a concierge service for VIP customers including private shopping opportunities. The ideal candidate has: Previous experience in retail management, preferably in luxury womenswear. A client-centric customer service approach. Excellent leadership skills. A keen eye for detail and strong work ethic. Extensive experience serving a global network of individuals and ambassadors. Is comfortable and skilled in selling through both in-store and digital channels. A proactive and positive approach, with the ability to tackle issues and identify and implement solutions quickly. An ability to balance a commitment to business goals with a specific focus on client needs. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
