Assistant Store Manager - Luxury Jewellery
We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to join our team at our beautiful Chadstone store. If you’re skilled in delivering outstanding customer service, leading a team, and hitting sales targets, we want to hear from you!

WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Assist the Store Manager with the daily operation of the store
* Offer our clients expertise across all experiences in store
* Provide our clients with unparalleled service and aftercare
* Act as an ambassador for our brand and create a loyal client base through relationship building and extensive product knowledge
* Ensure presentation and visual standards are consistently maintained
* Support team members to ensure seamless store operations
* Create a warm and welcoming environment for all clients and colleagues
* Support with administrative aspects of services, including stock-takes and discrepancy investigation

SARAH & SEBASTIAN is an independent fine jewellery practice by SARAH Munro & Robert SEBASTIAN Grynkofki, designers who live and work in Sydney, Australia. In the pursuit of conceptual design merged with innovative craftsmanship, they established their eponymous label in 2012, and today work alongside a diverse team with multidisciplinary talents in our light-filled creative studio in Alexandria.
