Responsibilities: Collaborate with a team to conduct external audits for clients across various industries and business sizes, Independently manage the planning phase of audit engagements, Mentor and support undergraduate and graduate auditors in their professional development, Review and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, Communicate effectively with clients and foster strong professional relationships, Evaluate internal controls and provide strategic recommendations for improvement, Deliver high-quality work within deadlines, requiring minimal revisions. Key Skills: Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, Currently undertaking or have started the Chartered Accountant (CA) certification, At least one year of experience in external auditing, Experience working across diverse industries, including Mining, Manufacturing, Education, Biotech, Financial Services, Technology, and Not-for-Profit sectors, Proficient in audit and accounting software such as Caseware, Extractly.ai, Accuri, Cradle Accounting, Xero, Sage, Business Central, and SAP, Strong technical expertise with a comprehensive understanding of audit procedures and compliance standards, Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
