Facilities Coordinator - Kingston and Moorabin

Seeking an experienced Facilities / Maintenance Coordinator based in Victoria to work on an initial 3-4 month contract (with a view to permanency for the right person). Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of property maintenance services across a critical facility in Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out day-to-day work order requisitions, take work order requests
* Work Order planning on BEIMS and financial updates on Procurement software
* Manage contractors undertaking maintenance in a large site
* Manage service queries and maintain effective communication with facilities managers and contractors
* Undertake site walk rounds and attend problems to see who needs to be allocated the job - internal staff or contractors
* Demonstrate leadership in promoting a safe and compliant environment through adherence to company policies and procedures
* Ensure contractor compliance and liaise with non-compliant contractors to meet regulatory requirements
* Maintain records and ensure timely filing of service reports and documentation
* Training will be provided to teach you how to handle Fire Isolation's
* Online training and inductions provided
Skills and Experience Required:
* Proven experience in coordinating maintenance activities, ideally within a facilities management or similar environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
* Proficiency in computer systems and databases; experience with CMMS systems is preferred
