Key Responsibilities Prepare examination rooms and position patients and equipment to administer radiopharmaceuticals and obtain clear, usable diagnostic images.Monitor patients during examinations to ensure their safety and prevent unnecessary exposure to radiation.Insert commands and data into the computer to document and specify scan sequences and adjust density or contrast as necessary.Report important information to the Physician, update patients' records, and perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and offering pre-procedure advice.Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on radiographic equipment and perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient daily procedure schedules for emergencies and adequate monitoring of radiographic supplies.Qualifications & Requirements Education: Graduation from an accredited Radiology Technology ProgramExperience: Minimum of one year clinical experience preferredLicenses / Certifications: Must have and maintain current certification within the state.Must also obtain and maintain CPR certification.We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer We are committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of uniqueness.
