About the role: Director(s), Business Partnerships work closely with their allocated executive and management teams in conjunction with the centres of expertise, to provide an integrated and client-focused approach. As a senior Business Partner, you will have the ability to balance the need for consistency and the importance of local, responsive and flexible approaches to HR services, advocating for and on behalf of the client, to assist the Canberra Health Services in achieving an engaged and high performing workforce. The People and Culture Division is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational implementation of human resource strategies relating to a diverse range of human resource and industrial relations functions across Canberra Health Services.
