Your New Role
As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will:
* Identify and address critical physical, psychological, social, environmental, and organisational risk factors impacting a worker's ability to return to work.
* Provide strategies to address these factors in practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete return-to-work case management for injured workers under the WorkCover scheme.
* Provide holistic support to restore an individual's highest level of functional performance through assessments and interventions.
Requirements:
* ORC full or associate membership as a Rehabilitation Counsellor, supported by a relevant qualification OR AHPRA registration as Provisional or Registered Psychologist.
* Current drivers' licence and access to own transport.
* Ability to obtain a Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
