Our client, a large Government Department, that is front and centre of a vision to become one of the top three digital governments in the world by 2025, is looking for an Organisational Change Manager. The Organisational Change Manager will plan, develop, implement and evaluate change activities. Change Managers will plan, develop, implement and evaluate change activities within the agency to support business transformation. They will assess and manage change impacts, develop change management plans, communicate change processes and support business areas as they implement change. Change Managers will focus on building change capability within Cyber Vulnerability Management. Using their expertise in change management methodology, they provide professional and trusted advice, and, coaching and support on contemporary change management best practice in accordance with the agency's endorsed change approach. They will manage and support the Cyber Security Uplift Project (CSUP) for vulnerability management and actively build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Key duties may include, but are not limited to: Develop and maintain change management policies, procedures and frameworks. Design and deliver change management principles, processes, tools and techniques and promote best practice. Lead, coach, educate and support others in aspects of the agency's endorsed change approach and associated processes. Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships and networks coordinate change management activities with other teams, including tracking and identifying project cross-overs and risks identify and analyse complex business challenges and address them strategically. Prepare reports, executive briefs, corporate documentation and ministerial correspondence in a variety of formats to support change. Candidate Selection Criteria Mandatory Criteria Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in project change management. Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in change assurance and reporting. Weighted Criteria Minimum of 5 years experience in change management within large scale ICT projects for Federal Government with specific focus on vulnerability management projects. Strong ability to develop and nurture productive relationships with key stakeholders and work collegiately with others as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve outcomes. Strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels including senior executives and external agencies. NV1 clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
