Pro AV Solutions has a position available in their NSW branch to join their Client Services Team in an ICT AV Network Support Technician role. The successful candidate may just be finishing up their study or would like to advance their career. We are not necessarily interested in years of experience, but more about the passion for your job, drive and determination to do a great job and learn from the best. The successful candidate will bring the following skills and attributes to the role: Currently doing or recently completed TAFE course similar or equivalent to Cert IV in Information Technology (Networking) Knowledge of MS Teams and experience in understanding of networks would be beneficial A solid approach to fault finding, diagnosis and resolution of technical issues Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team Excellent communication and collaboration skills A demonstrated history of reliability, dependability, and trustworthiness Customer focussed - ability to forge relationships with clients and become the trusted advisor A can-do and flexible attitude towards work Willingness to learn Be comfortable in working with hand and power tools if required The successful candidate will form part of our skilled Service Team who travel to client sites across Sydney Metropolitan area. You will provide on-site technical support for our customers with a focus on configuring network devices and Microsoft Teams meeting rooms. You will work alongside the wider Service Team to deliver quality outcomes to our clients. We are looking for a person who is technical in nature, an effective communicator and enthusiastic. You must have a valid drivers licence as you will be given a company car to perform your role.
