Team Leader - Call Centre Operations (B2B Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Sales as a Service) A leading Australian-based call center operations provider focused on B2B lead generation, appointment setting, and sales as a service. They are seeking an experienced remote based (within Melbourne) Team Leader to join their dynamic and fast-paced team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of call center agents, ensuring campaign performance, managing the CRM, and driving team success. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of call center sales agents, ensuring performance and KPIs are achieved Conduct regular call quality assessments and provide feedback/coaching to agents to improve performance Work closely with campaign managers to ensure the success of each campaign, from set up to reporting Ensure CRM data is accurate, up-to-date, and utilized effectively to drive sales and customer engagement Develop and maintain detailed reporting, providing campaign insights to senior management Conduct team training and development sessions to improve skills and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Foster a positive team culture that motivates and inspires team members to achieve targets and exceed expectations Manage daily staffing requirements, including shift scheduling and resource planning Key Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in a Team Leader role, with a proven track record of leading and motivating a team in a call center environment Experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, and sales as a service campaigns Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and provide constructive feedback to team members Excellent reporting and analytical skills, with experience in managing and interpreting data to drive campaign performance Experience in CRM management and reporting Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Tertiary qualification in Business or a related field is desirable, but not essential Apply now and one of the White Bay team will reach out to you very soon.
