With operations spanning across Australia, US, UK, and Europe, we are committed to excellence across all facets of the design, marketing, sales, and delivery of all our specialist products to reach our highly valued customers across Australia and internationally.About the role The Head of Digital - Global will play a pivotal executive level role in leading the digital strategies of Weatherbeeta, which encompasses the development of retail and digital marketing campaigns and the enhancement of our business's and brands' online presence. This is a critical leadership position, which will drive the effectiveness of online strategies correlating with the business's overall success.This position is the central point of eCommerce operations and managing project delivery, contributing to scoping and solution analysis, and prioritising requirements across the Weatherbeeta business. The role will work closely with internal and external developers, ecommerce team, and other key internal stakeholders to ensure that new functionality & BAU improvements are delivered timely and in priority order.Your key responsibilities will include: Lead online sales and marketing for Horseland, Weatherbeeta UK, Weatherbeeta USA, Weatherbeeta EU, and any other marketplaces such as Amazon.Lead online growth of Weatherbeeta's websites in 4 different locations to drive sales growth.Design/implement the digital strategy as part of the broader business and marketing plans, build affinity and lead demand generation.Liaise with senior leaders to create retail and marketing innovation strategies, set corporate goals and maximize budget value.Research/analyse and report on KPI's to improve campaigns profitability and meet/exceed budgets and sales forecasts.Lead a small team to deliver the global eCommerce strategy for Horseland, WeatherBeeta and third-party marketplaces.Build up the digital team capabilities to plan and deliver comprehensive comms and social media strategy to increase reach, followers, engagement to achieve and drive revenue results.Design campaigns, content and strategies that transmit the business goals and objectives together with the Marketing team.Upgrade the digital capabilities engaging stakeholders, implement best practice social media/digital marketing trends for profitable growth.Liaise with third parties (digital agencies, software vendors) to optimize channels, lead gen, bidding and targeting strategies.Improve the UX, website design, content, navigation, performance, and promotional campaigns to provide a seamless user journey.Support CRM database growth through the collection of customer profiles.Manage data requirements for group customers in the NH and third-party marketplaces.Manage and lead wholesale customer growth in US & UK as and when required.Support internal stakeholders in understanding each stage of the delivery and key priorities.Lead the Customer service team in Australia to drive exceptional customer experience.About You 5+ years retail and digital experience with proven record of developing digital marketing strategies and building online capability and innovating in pre-existing businesses with established marketing channels.Advanced knowledge of SEM, SEO, and CRM management, eCommerce innovations & customer data solutions.Interpret complex data and draw out relevant insights for business growth and optimisation.Deliver strong results against set KPIs including financial results.Strong project management, communication, analytical and people skills.Email marketing, social media, and retargeting campaigns skills.Experience with Magento 2.Problem-solving and strong decision-making skills.Excellent time management and can prioritise conflicting priorities, with a sense of urgency.Be available always to answer questions or fix problems proactively.Committed to working closely with senior management team operating out of Weatherbeeta's main headquarters based in South-East of Melbourne to achieve set business plans.Other benefits Attractive remuneration package commensurate with level of experience.Onsite free parking; breakout rooms; state of art warehouse and office facilities; access to discounted equestrian brands and products.Office based role, with some flexibility to work remotely on occasions.Some travel opportunities/requirements.Career progression within a growing global well reputed organisation.Only suitable candidates with a proven and relevant senior professional experience within a similar organisation should submit a resume and cover letter outlining their qualifications and relevant experience.
