Here's what awaits you: Ensure Safety investigations are completed on time and closed out in the system within the prescribed timeframe. Operate in accordance with and comply the Company's Safety and Health Policy, and with all site policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Operate in accordance with the Company's Environmental Policy and comply with other site environmental policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Minimise waste generation through reduced consumption and increased re-use and recycling. Promote high quality working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, including Maintenance, Processing and Supply. Operate in accordance with Company's Stakeholder Policy Safety Requirements. Prepare detailed work plans to maximise the efficiency & effectiveness of the Maintenance team, including accurate resources, equipment, plant and materials for the safe, timely & successful execution of Work Orders. Continuously monitor maintenance and operation strategies to develop improvements and drive compliance to the Work Management Guidelines. Actively develop and improve Task Lists to increase master data quality and streamline the planning Process. To thrive in this role, you'll need: Experience: A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the mining industry with 2 years as a Maintenance Planner. The successful applicant will have strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated abilities to maintain or exceed best industry practice in all Work Management tasks. Awareness of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations is highly regarded. Qualifications: A Current "C" Class Western Australian Drivers Licence and Engineering Degree or relevant Trade Certificate. A Certification in Asset and Front Line Management Certification would be desirable.
