Fun Haus Factory in Gosford is looking for another experienced Cocktail bartender to join the team in our busy Arts bar & across Festivals (Pop up). Initially, you will be a backup to the team and can offer 4-10 hours per week.
We pride ourselves on the innovative award-winning products we create and the tailored experience we generate for every guest. The right candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience and be proficient in making cocktails. The ability to multitask is a must, as is the ability to make every guest who walks through our FunHaus doors feel at home and welcomed.
You’ll be making cocktails, pouring wine, and serving drinks. If you have the skills to get the job done, the FunHaus is a great place to work. We’re an award-winning professional team, and showing up as your full self and adding a sense of humour is a big part of that!
The good stuff:
* 20% staff discounts on everything (Shows, Gigs, Food, Drinks)
* Early finishes - almost always before midnight
* Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday (Arvo / evenings) - Sunday (day)
* Close to public transport connections
* Fun and friendly team
This is an awesome, diverse, and dynamic workplace culture. Our first criterion is that your attitudes and values align with our mission and workplace culture.
We are creative go-getters with entrepreneurial spirits and can-do attitudes who bring our best selves into the organisation every day. We don’t work in bubbles; you will be a team player, ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of making things happen. Your attitude matters!
We are looking for someone who is adaptable to all situations. We offer ongoing training, a flexible work roster, award wages, and a supportive and rewarding work environment.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Can be flexible with their hours (you may be studying, have another job, etc.)
* Is a career-focused hospitality professional or someone excelling at cocktail making as a side hustle alongside making their own dreams happen.
* Has a thirst for knowledge
* Is consistent with their work
* Has great communication skills
* Prides themselves on customer interactions
* Is a real team player
* Has 2 years minimum experience in a cocktail bar of similar pace
* RSA qualifications are a must
