As a Business Services Manager, you will be the face of our client's company, dedicated to enhancing their reputation and client services in line with their corporate policies. Your role is crucial in ensuring clients receive exceptional service while maintaining productivity and efficiency across our business units.
In this role, you will:
* Coordinate and align activities among Business Services Managers, Bookkeepers, Accountants, and Reviewers to uphold high service standards.
* Monitor client engagements and job progress closely to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
* Ensure compliance with divisional processes, facilitate effective communication with retail offices, and promptly resolve client complaints to maintain operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
About you:
* Hold an accounting degree or membership in a Professional Association, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting or professional practice, demonstrating strong time management skills, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a professional work style, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision, along with proficiency in Xero and Xero Practice Manager (XPM), advanced Microsoft Office skills, willingness to learn and adapt, proactive approach to tasks, and commitment to high ethical standards and confidentiality.
