In this role you will: Under direction of a Principal Solicitor, conduct legal reviews and provide strategic legal advice on a range of moderately complex matters As required, provide advice on Victorian Civil Administration Tribunal (VCAT) matters such as review of regulatory notices and FOI decisions, and Court litigation. As required, assist with legal requirements in support of EPA's corporate and commercial portfolio; assist in the response to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests. Skills and experience: A relevant tertiary degree and/or post graduate qualifications in law. Admitted to practice as an Australian legal practitioner under the Legal Profession Uniform Law Application Act 2014. An unrestricted practicing certificate issued in Victoria and at least two years post admission experience is desirable.
