What will you be doing?
1. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored mortgage solutions.
2. Loan Structuring: Work with the credit team to ensure we are working on the best solutions for the client based on their unique circumstances - ensuring compliance with lender policies and guidelines.
3. End-to-End Service: Guide clients through the mortgage process from initial consultation to settlement, maintaining clear and open communication.
4. Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
5. Business Development: Connect with local Referral partners to drive new business through the doors.
About You:
1. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a mortgage broker.
2. Exposure to Self Employed Deals – things like complex trusts and entities.
3. Experience dealing with high volumes – track record of settling > $50 million in a financial year.
