The Role:
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of dynamic brand campaigns that drive market growth. Your role will focus on developing and maintaining a strong brand presence while ensuring the alignment of marketing efforts with broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that elevate product positioning in competitive markets.
2. Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across digital, social, and traditional channels.
3. Work with product development, R&D, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with key business objectives and product offerings.

7. Mentor and lead junior brand managers and marketing teams to achieve high performance and alignment with brand goals.
8. Manage the brand's P&L, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
Requirements:
9. Min 5 years in brand management or marketing within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries. Experience with complex product categories is a plus.
10. Proven track record in developing and executing brand strategies that drive market growth.
11. Ability to work effectively with teams across product, medical, regulatory, and commercial departments.
