Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations, including staff, pets, bookings, maintenance, administration, and more.
* Provide exceptional customer service through interactions, handling enquiries, and managing bookings.
* Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing team through teamwork, clear expectations, and consistent delivery of outstanding service.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for pets, meeting individual needs and ensuring a comfortable stay.
* Maintain site-based social media pages, showcasing our facility, engaging with customers, and attracting new bookings.
Requirements
* Previous experience leading a team is highly regarded.
* Excellent communication skills and proven customer service experience.
* Passion for problem-solving, attention to detail, time management skills, and initiative to exceed outcomes.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a cool head under pressure.
* Competent with computer systems and advanced knowledge of MS Office.
What's Required
A current driver's license and vehicle access, availability 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays, and flexibility to work during peak periods.

Further Details
