CH47 RAMS Instructor Maintenance Training - Mechanical Trade B1.3 We are recruiting for the position of a Maintenance Instructor B1.3, for the CISS Program to support our Army customer with the CH47 Maintenance Training Team at RAMS in Oakey. This role is open to an Aeroskills Mechanical Trade B1.3 and is a fulltime role. Your exceptional training and leadership skills can provide you with a challenging role in a unique environment. Responsibilities Delivery of contracted Technical Trade Training in a theory and practical environment, in accordance with appropriate Learning Management Packages (LMP's) and schedules. Working in the capacity of a CH47 Course Manager in accordance with Course Management procedures. Development of training package materials through continuous improvement activities. Review and amendment of assessment instruments. Support the Lead Instructor in the CH47 Maintenance Training Facility. Support to the CISS Program and Capability Managers with CH47 Training Program Execution as directed. Support the continued advancement of the Customers DASR 147 Training Continuum. Experience/Qualifications Rotary Wing Aircraft Mechanical Type Qualification (B1.3 MAML), or equivalent and 5 years' experience as a Rotary Wing B1.3 Aviation Maintenance Tradesperson, Aviation Supervisor, and/or Aviation Maintenance Manager. Experience with the delivery of training in the Defence environment. Interpersonal skills to work in a multi-trade team environment. Hold a Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE 40116/22) or equivalent qualification, or willingness to achieve this qualification as part of your role. Understanding of DASA 147 and 66 Regulations. Highly competent Aeroskills Instructor/Mentor/Coach and Courseware Development skills.
