We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join our Admin & Finance team at Thebarton. We are ideally looking for someone who can work minimum of 3 days, the remaining hours and days can be negotiated for the right candidate.Your typical day would be: Accurate and timely preparation and processing of weekly payrollReviewing a good volume of timesheetsEOM processes including PAYG tax clearing and superannuation reconciliationResponding to employee pay/leave enquiriesEBA and Award compliance and interpretationProvide and analyse payroll reportsYou'll enjoy the role if you: Have the talent to proactively coordinate the payroll functionLove to problem solve and have confidence in your communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholdersYour core work values are centred around having strong attention to detail and the ability to not only work autonomously but also contribute to a great teamTackling Microsoft Excel, Outlook and a payroll software, doesn't hold you back and you are keen to be the expert for the system.Why join Westside Group?
