What you’ll do
7. Trading of key commodities primarily Seafood Species, maintain and build relationships with suppliers and end users (complete responsibility along the supply chain)
8. Negotiate contracts and correctly execute and monitor existing contracts and obligations
9. Maintain the Responsible Sourcing commitments for the Group
10. Lead quality, value, supply security sourcing requirements across the broad WoW ecosystem
11. Work in a fast agile environment and ensure connections with all internal and external stakeholders
What you’ll bring
12. Previous experience in either soft Commodity Trading or FMCG Procurement of Seafood commodities
13. Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple Seafood species, trading physical species and by-products, communicating with harvesters, fish mongers, hedging with derivatives, trading relative value, statistical arbitrage and calendar spreads
14. Proven experience in forecasting demand and supply inventories and usage, storage
15. Product expertise in major currencies AUD/NZ/USD/EUR commodity relative value spreads execution.
16. Previous experience in pricing physical markets using relative value to offshore markets and currency adjusted prices
