About the Opportunity My Therapy Crew is looking for experienced Speech Pathologists to join our team in Darwin, NT. As a Speech Pathologist at My Therapy Crew (MTC), you'll provide high-quality, client-centred therapy to individuals across the lifespan. The role involves both in-clinic and community-based services, with the flexibility to tailor your approach to your strengths and preferences.
Responsibilities include: Providing client-centred speech pathology services to children and adults Conducting assessments and developing tailored therapy plans to meet individual client needs Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including senior Speech Pathologists, to deliver holistic care Specialising in your preferred areas (e.g., early intervention, AAC, dysphagia, articulation, or literacy) Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for clients, families, and funding bodies Supporting clients in achieving their goals through capacity-building interventions Participating in professional development, including in-house and external training opportunities About You To qualify, you will need a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent) and current eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) .
