Desirable experience with Emergency Department administration, including data management and correction in systems such as FirstNet and HealthRoster to support the administration of a 24/7 roster and effective utilisation of the casual pool. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and rostering with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with healthcare professionals and provide clear, actionable data related to Emergency Department operations and hospital performance trends. Advanced organisational skills with a proven capacity to manage competing demands in a fast-paced setting. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and problem-solving, with a focus on maintaining a positive work environment.
