The position provides high-quality HR and ER leadership and to the Hester Hornbrook Academy team and Executive Principle to build strategic workforce capacity. This role will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of Hester Hornbrook Academy.The successful applicant will offer thought leadership regarding organisational and people-related strategy and execution.
