The Role & Project
MACA Mining is seeking an experienced Drill Maintenance Supervisor to join the McPhee Creek project from Perth on an 8/6 roster. The drill fleet includes Epiroc D65, Pit Viper 231 and CAT MD6250.
The McPhee Creek Iron Ore Project is located 30km north of Nullagine in the north-east Pilbara region of Western Australia. The three-year project scope includes mine loading and hauling of up to 10 million tonnes per annum, before being transported to Roy Hill for processing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team in a mining production environment.
* Manage breakdowns, diagnostics, and repair activities.
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
* Attend and contribute to pre-shift, toolbox, and safety meetings.
Requirements:
* Experience leading a team in a mining production environment.
* Extensive experience in mechanical maintenance and repairs.
* Trade qualification in a mechanical discipline.
* A current WA driver's license and relevant high-risk tickets.
