These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.Responsibilities:Track and manage inventory;Inspect warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and safe;Manage warehouse staff;Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes;Ensure daily operations meet and exceed performance metrics;Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order assembly, packaging, and dispatch of goods;Maintain accurate inventory records and manage inventory levels;Implement and enforce company policies and safety procedures;Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve productivity;Train new employees on warehouse processes and equipment operation;Resolve any issues or discrepancies with inventory or shipments promptly.Qualifications & experience:Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role;Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and management best practices;Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
