As a Cook, you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients.
Your Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook daily nutritional balanced meals.
* Supervise Domestics and Volunteers directly associated with the kitchen environment (where applicable).
* Prepare menus and involve residents in choice and selection where appropriate.
* Monitor and comply with Workplace Health and Safety and Environmental practices.
* Some Kitchen hand shifts will be required as well as cooking.

Role Requirements
* Be vaccinated against Influenza & at least 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine.
* Current Police Screening Certificate.
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (where applicable).
* Demonstrated previous cooking experience for large groups would be an advantage.
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.
